India Blockchain Month 2025: Web3, AI, and RWA Tokenization Hub

India is poised to become a central hub for decentralized technologies and the metaverse with the return of India Blockchain Month (INBM) in September 2025. This extensive festival, scheduled to be held in New Delhi, aims to bring together global innovators, developers, investors, and policymakers to explore the frontiers of Web3, artificial intelligence (AI), and the rapidly growing field of real-world asset (RWA) tokenization.

INBM 2025, now in its second and most ambitious iteration, will feature a comprehensive agenda comprising eight core events across two prominent venues: the JW Marriott Aerocity and Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels. The festival's thematic pillars are diverse, addressing critical areas such as the practical applications of RWA tokenization, the synergistic relationship between AI and Web3, fostering women's participation in the crypto sector, and dedicated days for startups and venture capital engagement. This broad scope highlights India's evolving role in the global digital economy and its commitment to embracing transformative technologies.

The festival's programming includes a dedicated Web3preneur Day and Summit, designed to foster entrepreneurial spirit and strategic dialogue within the decentralized ecosystem. A crucial component will be a roundtable discussion on regulatory frameworks, providing a vital platform for policymakers and industry leaders to address the evolving landscape of digital assets and blockchain governance. Complementing these discussions, an AI forum for developers will highlight advancements and collaborative opportunities at the intersection of AI and Web3. Notably, the week will also align with ETHGlobal Delhi Week, creating a synergistic environment for Ethereum developers and enthusiasts.

A distinguished roster of over 15 prominent industry figures is confirmed to speak at INBM 2025. Among them are Dilip Chenoy, Chairman of the Bharat Web3 Association; Prasanna Lohar, Founder of the India Blockchain Forum; and Raj Kapoor, Founder of the India Blockchain Alliance. Industry leaders from organizations such as Arbitrum and Ava Labs will also participate, alongside representatives from Bharat Web3 Association and FSV Labs. This diverse group of speakers will provide invaluable insights into the current state and future trajectory of blockchain technology and its applications.

The overarching support for INBM 2025 reflects its community-centric approach, with over 250 partners contributing to its success. This network spans more than 100 local and global Web3 communities, over 100 media outlets and influencers, and more than 25 venture capital funds and technology startups. Key partners include Web3Conf India, VNTR Capital, Startupnews.fyi, MetaDecrypt, and The Coin Republic, underscoring the broad industry backing and collaborative spirit driving the event.

Organized by BlockOn Ventures and Web3preneur, INBM 2025 builds on a proven track record of fostering significant industry gatherings. BlockOn Ventures has organized over 170 events across 10 countries since 2017, engaging more than 73,000 participants. Web3preneur is recognized for its innovative event formats, often integrated into major global conferences like Token2049 and Devconnect. Together, these organizers aim to position INBM 2025 not merely as a conference, but as a significant movement driving the future of Web3 and tokenization.
